3.Price and payment
Fixed prices are not shown on this website because services are scoped to the engagement. Amounts, taxes, deposits, milestones, payment methods and due dates are stated in writing before acceptance. Late or disputed amounts are handled under the applicable project documents.
4.Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate content, lawful usage rights, necessary access and timely decisions, and ensure its instructions, data and activities comply with law. Schedules may be adjusted where required inputs are delayed.
5.Intellectual property
Pre-existing tools, methods, brands and third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables, source files, open-source and third-party components is stated in the project documents and may be conditional on full payment.
6.Responsibility and warranties
We provide services with reasonable care and professional skill. Except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, warranties, liability limits and indirect-loss provisions are governed by the project contract. Nothing limits liability for fraud or where limitation is prohibited by law.
7.Governing law
Unless a project document expressly states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
