Project governance & delivery

A clear basis for every decision, from first brief to formal acceptance.

We manage bespoke engagements through six ordered stages, confirming scope, responsibilities, commercial terms and decision records before work begins and maintaining transparency throughout delivery.

Six controlled stages

Clear decision points keep delivery moving with confidence.

01Decisions recorded in writing

02Clear ownership and milestones

03Traceable acceptance and change

Decision timeline

Enquiry to acceptance
  1. Initial contact

    Submit a project enquiry

Use the project enquiry form to share the service area, business objective, intended timing, budget range and primary contact details. Passwords, payment card information and other unnecessary sensitive data are not required at this stage.

A project brief ready for initial assessment
  2. Scope alignment

    Needs and feasibility assessment

We clarify the business context, intended users, current systems, required content, constraints and success criteria, together with decision owners and required inputs. Any paid discovery phase is explained and quoted separately first.

Objectives, constraints and decision ownership aligned
  3. Written definition

    Proposal and commercial terms

The formal proposal states deliverables, exclusions, price and currency, payment milestones, estimated schedule, responsibilities, acceptance method and support arrangements. Quotes are generally in HKD unless stated otherwise.

A baseline for scope, price and milestones
  4. Authority to proceed

    Formal approval and project initiation

Work is scheduled only after the proposal or contract is accepted in the stated manner. Initiation confirms payment arrangements, collaboration channels, meeting cadence, access requirements and the first milestone.

Schedule, payment and collaboration arrangements confirmed
  5. Controlled delivery

    Execution, review and delivery

Work progresses against confirmed milestones. We retain key decision records, demonstrate progress at agreed intervals and clearly request content, access or feedback. Digital deliverables are supplied as defined in the project documents.

Milestone progress with a traceable decision record
  6. Formal close

    Acceptance, handover and support

The client reviews deliverables against the agreed criteria and consolidates issues. Following rectification and formal acceptance, documentation, accounts or knowledge are handed over as scoped. Ongoing support and new requirements are confirmed separately in writing.

Acceptance, handover and next-stage support completed
